Ernest is the food concept opened by the Stade toulousain, just next to his official shop. The colours red and black are now rising in the world of winning but outside the fray! A shop area, groceries and salads, sandwiches, pastries... to eat without hurrying! The gossip salad is the gersoise, the one that came, saw and won... The Caesar! All this in the effigy of the first president of Rugby XV. His face is everywhere! A nice hipster look from the Belle-Epoque period, don't you think?
