Attention OGNI (Objet Gourmand Non Identifié): Bretzel Story serves Alsatian street food! A crazy idea in duck country? And yet, for several years now, well-informed Toulousans have been on the lookout for Helmut, Bertha and Trudy, respectively triporteur, food-truck and caravan of their state, who supply them with pretzel-shaped hot dogs... unless it's the other way round? From now on, Bretzel Story has its own fixed point of sale, in one of the outdoor boxes at the Marché des Carmes. So it's in the heart of the historic town that you can discover, for example, Bibabeloula, a pretzel hot dog topped with... sauerkraut! A truly unique experience.
