What we like about Simple is the simplicity of the concept: you are the one who composes your own salad and wrap. Real tailor-made... so you only eat what you like. What is not so simple... is to choose 5 ingredients from among the 30 ingredients offered to you! Now it gets complicated.... Just for the cheese, you have parmesan, mozzarella, mimolette, gouda with cumin! Add to that the different kinds of salads, raw vegetables, condiments.... You can also choose the soup of the day. Or dessert? A drink? Cold? Hot? ? ? ? ? But that's what we like. Make it easy to be complicated! Are you following me?
