Guillain, who has been in charge of the kitchen for the past two decades, is back in the spotlight! New decor, new young and dynamic team. And always fresh, with signature dishes such as "œuf cocotte au foie gras" or "demi-magret de canard sauce framboise et miel". Lunchtime specials at very reasonable prices, and à la carte dishes in the evenings, enhanced by a fine wine list.
