This neighborhood bistro is located on the lively Place du Peyrou, a stone's throw from Saint-Sernin. Nicolas and Sarah, from a family of restaurateurs, have created a convivial place whose decor subtly combines rustic codes (wood, tiles, brick) and high-tech. The bar is breathtaking, an authentic work of art adorned with marquetry-style motifs. Here, the chef cooks exclusively with fresh produce. The daily-changing menu includes fish rillettes with citrus and mascarpone, sweet potato gnocchi with zucchini cream, braised chicken with paprika, sea bream with hollandaise sauce, Breton sablé with cherry cream, fruit salad with kumquat syrup... The plates are generous and the service warm. An address with a loyal following!
