Restaurant-tea room with terrace offering creative specialities with fresh and regional products, a dish of the day
Le Moaï is the Toulouse Museum's restaurant-tea room. It is housed in a vast room opening onto the Museum's hall, and extended by a very large tree-lined terrace overlooking the Jardin des Plantes. Julien and Pauline Braillon have come up with an audacious concept: self-service gastronomy! Fresh regional produce is used to create creative dishes. The house offers daily specials, accompanied by a selection of starters and desserts from the buffet. Everything is cooked on site. It's also possible to sit down here for a quiet breakfast or a gourmet snack. The place can be privatized for an evening in exceptional surroundings.
