Restaurant offering market cuisine and a menu of products from the Carmes and Victor Hugo markets.

Between Esquirol and Bream, since the summer of 2016, Peyrolières street has been welcoming a new table in the simplest name: The Restaurant! Julien and Christophe offer market cuisine in a very pleasant bistro spirit. Welcome and service are smiling, with little care, anxious to make you spend a good time. The card is prepared from products from the Carmelites and Victor Hugo markets: Ravioles calf in la, @ cuttlefish or still liver half-baked fat for entrance, then tender, beef tartar, magret stuffed to rocamadour, ris calf or steak steak… A slate of the day completes the offer for lunch, with, for example, of a chicken of or a saison of season, then a tab of beef with small mashed potatoes or a place of place with its risotto. Plates are generously decorated! If, however, you left room for a dessert: Chocolate sweetness, lemon cream, lost bread, pomme apple… An address that includes three safe values: fresh products, creativity and smiles Toulouse!

Le restaurant Gueuleton à Toulouse offre un accueil chaleureux et un service impeccable. Les viandes, toujours aussi tendres et savoureuses, fondent littéralement en bouche, confirmant l'excellence de leur préparation. Le nouveau dessert à la pistache est un véritable délice, combinant parfaitement crémeux et saveurs subtiles. Une expérience culinaire inoubliable où qualité et convivialité se rencontrent harmonieusement.

Super lieu pour déguster une côte de boeuf. Il a également du cochon et du canard. Personnel super sympathique.

Le lieu est très agréable. En revanche je suis plus réservée en ce qui concerne le service, certes sympathique mais très speed. Je n'ai pas été séduite par la cuisine : saumon de qualité mais goût noyé par les trop nombreux condiments, magret trop cuit et accompagnements très bof : pommes dauphine trop salées et trop cuite, mousseline au goût prononcé de cumin et à la consistance quasi liquide. Mes amies n'ont pas non plus terminé leurs plats. Jolie carte de vin. Vu les commentaires dithyrambiques par ailleurs, peut-être était-ce un mauvais soir marqué par la fatigue ?
