Stop off in the Carmes district next to the newly renovated Place du Salin: that's where you'll find Notes et Saveurs. It's a pretty little three-in-one establishment. Aptly named, it offers over one hundred and twenty spice references. At lunchtime, a restaurant with an inspired menu that changes every week: two starters, three main courses and three desserts, finely prepared and with surprising combinations. In the evening, it's a wine bar. On the shelves, a rich and skilfully crafted menu. In short, it's a friendly place where you'll be well received, and you're sure to enjoy yourself!

Rien à dire sur l’accueil et le personnel qui est sympathique.

Excellente soirée « Accords mets et gin ». Le concept sort de l’ordinaire. La mise en bouche et les ravioles étaient succulentes. Les explications sur le gin très intéressantes. Accueil chaleureux et service sympathique comme la première fois où j’étais venue un midi. Une belle table à découvrir.
