Restaurant offering a local cuisine revisited, recreated and reinvented with fresh market products
In the Red Nose, it takes only the wine and the bistronomique kitchen that accompanies it to be taken. The success of the establishment is growing for the successors expected from the former Canteen of the Priest. Local cuisine is revisited, re-established and reinvented from fresh market products: Loin mudflap, chives et and potatoes, marinated duck magret and cold Soba noodles, halibut risotto smoked in foie gras and spinach press… This restaurant, with a capacity of seats, awaits you with its warm decor made of stones, pink bricks and woodwork. This gives your meals to two or between friends a friendly and family atmosphere! Note that the place is also an exceptional wine bar, glass or bottle. You will choose your beverage among more than 300 references of wines from all over France, and for some from abroad, carefully selected. The bottles are carefully displayed in the restaurant room.
