Quartier des Carmes, in the warm and refined setting of a Capitoul house, La Cendrée is a sure bet for those who appreciate the traditional cuisine of the region. At lunchtime, a market menu allows you to enjoy seasonal products as much as possible. In the evening, Florian, Audrey and Thomas will prepare a menu that highlights the specialities braised over a wood fire! So, after a perfect egg with shitaké and hazelnut, or a yam millefeuille, enjoy one of the slate pieces (they vary according to the arrivals), skilfully worked in the spectacular fireplace! Excellent accueil. Cadre très agréable alliant Histoire et modernité. Et le plus important : un délicieux repas (bon rapport qualité/prix), avec notamment un risotto et un gratin dauphinois savoureux. Un touche d'originalité appréciable dans le dressage et la condimentation. Je recommande sans réserve.

Parmi les meilleurs restaurants de Toulouse. On y mange régulièrement et c'est toujours très bon (cuisine française soignée). On a de la place (les tables sont plus espacées que dans beaucoup d'autres établissement). Tout le personnel est très aimable. Les prix sont très corrects.
En hiver, la grande cheminée est particulièrement réconfortante et complète l'atmosphère chaleureuse de ce bel endroit.
