District of Colombette, at Jules is a restaurant just as dedicated to the discovery of good dishes as to good wines. The cozy and warm atmosphere welcomes you in a sober chromatic atmosphere. The midday formula changes every week. On the map side, home specialties are numerous: half-baked, homemade ravioli, white truffled ravioli and parmesan cream, sparkling skew skewer, fresh fish of the market, fresh lobster lobsters, assortment of cheeses from the Xavier house, season fruit pavlova, ice cuts of the glacier artisan Philippe Faur… The wines, carefully selected, can be served by the glass. An address that is very successful, so attention can be paid to how important it is. An unusual idea of the most smart: the theater formula! Aperitif and put in mouth are served at the beginning of the evening, then you come back after the representation for the dish and dessert!
