Pascal, with twenty years of experience in gastronomic cooking, works with a dynamic team that knows how to receive guests. The setting is cosy and the chef is generous. All the ingredients are therefore present to appreciate this address, for which it is advisable to reserve. On the plate, the menu varies to offer seasonal products: cuttlefish a la plancha, duck breast and pommes grenaille persillées, tiger crying with more Asian flavours... The desserts are homemade! The real asset of the Pavé des Minimes is its vast terrace with a swimming pool for the summer evenings! A building with character that will give you a change of scene in the Minimes district.

Filet demandé saignant servi à point.
Réservation faite en précisant qu'il y avait 2 anniversaires. Même pas une bougie sur les gateaux.
Nous sommes venus il y a 3 ans (juin 2021), tout était parfait. Cette fois nous sommes repartis déçus.
