Building with terrace and swimming pool offering a slate of seasonal products and homemade desserts.

Pascal, with twenty years of experience in gastronomic cooking, works with a dynamic team that knows how to receive guests. The setting is cosy and the chef is generous. All the ingredients are therefore present to appreciate this address, for which it is advisable to reserve. On the plate, the menu varies to offer seasonal products: cuttlefish a la plancha, duck breast and pommes grenaille persillées, tiger crying with more Asian flavours... The desserts are homemade! The real asset of the Pavé des Minimes is its vast terrace with a swimming pool for the summer evenings! A building with character that will give you a change of scene in the Minimes district.

Un bon restaurant sur TOULOUSE avec une carte riche proposant de bonnes viandes ou encore la parillade de poissons. Un accueil sympathique, un service professionnel et des plats de qualité. C'est un peu cher, mais justifié.

bon restaurant. La cuisine est raffinée. le cadre est très sympa, le samedi il y avait un chanteur très bien mais sono un peu forte ce qui gêne un peu. Bonne expérience tout de même.

Very good restaurant. In a very pleasant setting (the terrace must be top in summer!) and impeccable reception, you can enjoy very high quality ingredients, cooked very well. However, the quantities (particularly for duck burger) are not necessarily huge and the prices could do with an adjustable (fortunately that we had a réduction ': D)
