Pascal, with twenty years of experience in gastronomic cooking, works with a dynamic team that knows how to receive guests. The setting is cosy and the chef is generous. All the ingredients are therefore present to appreciate this address, for which it is advisable to reserve. On the plate, the menu varies to offer seasonal products: cuttlefish a la plancha, duck breast and pommes grenaille persillées, tiger crying with more Asian flavours... The desserts are homemade! The real asset of the Pavé des Minimes is its vast terrace with a swimming pool for the summer evenings! A building with character that will give you a change of scene in the Minimes district.

Nous avons passé une bonne soirée. Nous étions 6 et avons pris plusieurs plats différents (sèches, souris d agneau, côte de bœuf, brochette de gambas, tartare de boeuf et cuisses de grenouille). Tout était très bon. Un petit bémol il manquait le jambon dans les 2 planches à partager ????. Sinon tout était parfait. Le cadre est très agréable.

Le cadre est magnifique, la cuisine est très bonne et le personnel aux petits soins. Si vous désirez passer un excellent moment, c'est le bon endroit.

Mention spéciale pour le brumisateur .. en cette période caniculaire .. quel bonheur.
