Philippe Iragne, the former head of Ferme's farm in Villemur-sur-Tarn, took over the reins of this little Établissement street, close to the Carmelites and the courthouse. It is now housed in a tiny kitchen that opens onto the room for the pleasure of the greedy customers. This is the opportunity to see a chef in the kitchen, who offers high quality regional cuisine, based on fresh products, goes without saying… And of course, the house specialty is the duck!
