Opinions CAFE A LA UNE Toulouse

We were invited for a friendly meal that quickly became a meal BOF... Much BOF waiting, very poorly located with a to and from of chefs and other staffs relatively dirty. No cover to help yourself, very unpleasant and not very respectful waiters rules courtesy... Obviously, our arrival was not appreciated...
The meat is good, but it is the only thing pleasant in this restaurant!

A reservation who had not been taken into account: you have been eating 6 on a table for 4, next to the door of the terrace, left open by the waiters!
The order located, the waitress tells us that 2 dishes on the menu are not available longer (one Saturday evening!). However, the menu already is very limited in...
In addition, the prices dishes correspond only meat alone! You must add 2,80€ for a portion of fried (served in a large and not for the dish: how the canteen!), a skewer 4 pieces of vegetables or salad!
The wine list was not the most reliable from many of them were not available longer.
The seats were dirty (piece of courgette dried on a fork)!
The waiter was unpleasant throughout the service; a shame in this middle! No menu desserts, it was met with us " balancer" three names of desserts without you know the price of them (and when the prices of other main courses are known, it is better to know the desserts before choosing!)
When paying, the owner offered digestive, conscious one to us of our dissatisfaction you can not more visible! A way of " us réconcilier" the? It would have been necessary more... Manager offered aperitifs us after him to have explained that they were least things! It did it, but with reserve and irritation!
In short: welcome and deplorable service, cooked meat (beef is delicious), pleasant setting if you eat inside (the covered terrace very dark and it is cold), coarse cuisine (and the canteen) and very expensive for what they offer.
