The 31 is a lounge bar, which combines the baroque spirit, the wood with the glass, the white and black shades… The atmosphere is soft and lively. On the bar, the music takes all the colours around jazz, électro, soul and bossa. Côté restaurant, the universe is user friendly, impeccable service and excellent base.
