Restaurant offering dishes prepared with fresh products, meats and delicious desserts.

Behind the dock of the same name, close to the Canal du Midi and not far from the Grains des Grains, there is a restaurant that is worth a visit! This establishment is located in a completely renovated Florentine guesthouse and has a lot of charm. There is a brasserie atmosphere and authentic wine bar with labels to the wall and the delicate perfume of the good bottles! The new owner, Christophe Lassale, thus shares his taste for the good things, good good and good wine, which always goes very well together. The dishes are simmered simmered by the chef, from fresh products and you can taste here, for example, a pumpkin cream and its curry ice cream, poached eggs in meurette, a vanilla noix salad with vanilla and ginger, a foie-fat foie and her chutney, and then a pig nut, a lamb of Bergerie and her son. fresh thyme juice, ligne merlu… and delicious desserts, profiteroles or baba with rum among many other delicacies! An address we're very attached to at Petit Smart!

Bon diner
Tres bon repas, bon accueil, les profiterolles sont excellentes
Mais difficile de stationner!
Yesterday evening February 25th, we have been eating in this restaurant and we were disappointed.
Setting was a little cold, not intimate corner, fortunately, the owner was smiling.
When you arrive, one served a hot fish soup to us, while the ordered aperitif had not served yet.
The waitress brought us the good cold Claret and brewed by opening. It wanted to make us enjoyed while we were still aperitif and following, while the aperitif still had not been finished, brought us the first hot dish.
One of the main courses, beef was hard and nervous.
Fortunately, the dessert was good
Feel that had to be eaten quickly. It is the first time that we leave a restaurant also early... One did not leave us time between the dishes.
Quantity was a little right, the cuisine is good but without much research for the price: one expected cooked and more refined dishes.
We chose this restaurant since it was side in the best restaurant in Toulouse and given the opinions of the web surfers.
But, in what concerns us, we can not get there.
Compared to other restaurants Art de Vivre or Bellevue, where there are research and real kitchen, the Saint Sauveur Cellars is not the height of until you would have waited.
The value for money leaves something to be desired.
