L'ATELIER DE L'ÉCHARPE
This restaurant offers market cuisine at lunchtime, homemade tapas and special breads.
Quartier Esquirol, the Atelier de l'Écharpe was launched by two friends, Gilles and Benoît. In a décor designed in a contemporary and refined spirit, this establishment offers you the opportunity to have lunch with a market cuisine. In the evening, the atmosphere rises three notches and the place becomes a tapas bar with homemade dishes to share from local producers: the Boulangerie Jaune for table bread, Mathias Raymondis for special breads, short circuit suppliers for charcuterie and cheese. Gravlax salmon, gratinated gnocchi or homemade nuggets can be served with a white or red balloon - unless you prefer one of the many cocktails offered by the house! The address being very appreciated by the Toulouse people, be advised that it will suit you especially if you want a festive evening!
