Attention, talent association! At the helm of the Millezim, opened in the summer of 2018, meet Mathieu Zimmerman, advised by the starred chef Stéphane Tournié. The fine gourmet Toulouse residents already know what these two virtuosos are capable of when they work together, since Mathieu Zimmerman was Stéphane Tournié's pastry chef at the Jardins de l'Opéra. For this new adventure, gastronomy is democratized with a bistronomic menu and an in-house invention: the Zim, the top-of-the-range version of tapas! In other words, dishes to share hot or cold, to be served with a glass of finely selected wine, and to be followed by a gourmet dessert, of course.
