The students of the University of the Capitol are well aware of this sign that has been in front of the university for ages. However, in 2018, great upheaval! This neighbourhood bistro is taking a new direction and is dressing up in a new way, for an undeniable move up the range in terms of plates: beef wok, salted beef with lentils, ribs of lacquered pork... Everything is fresh and the fries are homemade. Be careful, let's be clear: if Papagayo is now a gourmet table, it has not turned its back on its festive evenings!
