Indeed, while the cuisine is firmly rooted in the past and the terroir, the decor is in line with the current trend: simple and minimal. Having fallen into the family restaurant's stewpot at a very early age, Jérôme Dumouch, the owner of the place, has taken his own take on... his Granny! Japanese pearls in the pot-au-feu broth, oven-breaded camembert with grilled bacon, duck confit or entrecôte with French fries and pan-fried forest mushrooms, and a well-watered croustade to round off dinner.
