Indeed, while the cuisine is firmly rooted in the past and the terroir, the decor is in line with the current trend: simple and minimal. Having fallen into the family restaurant's stewpot at a very early age, Jérôme Dumouch, the owner of the place, has taken his own take on... his Granny!
