As its name indicates, the Bistro du Compans is located in the Compans-Caffarelli district, more specifically facing the park that hosts the Japanese garden. The staff were very helpful and helpful. The menu offers a type kitchen… bistro, as expected: Generous burger, beef paved, sausage of Toulouse, compound salads… The fries (at will) are home, like a map that likes to offer seasonal products prepared with simplicity.
