Brasserie offering fine and elegant cuisine, a starter and a la carte dishes, an exotic fruit tartlet.

The Brasserie du Stade is one of the high places of the good life in Toulouse. It is impossible not to adore the place, the spirit and the plate that you will taste. The service is fast, friendly and professional. Chef Stéphane Garcia will make you salivate with his green asparagus, pan-fried foie gras, morel juice, yellow wine hollandaise followed by a filet of hake, herb oil with shellfish, spaghetti and zucchinis. Before finishing with a strawberry tartlet, honey from our beehives, violet ice cream. A very good address loved by the Petit Futé team

1er repas à la Brasserie du stade. Très bon repas. Poisson frais Accueil et service très professionnel. Formule entrée/plat 24 € mais bon on est au Stade Toulousain... Décor soigné. Nappe et serviette tissu (tellement rare).Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Je préfère prévenir de suite : je suis à Toulouse sans être fan de rugby... C'est peut-être pour ça que j'ai été moyennement emballée. Les plats sont très bons, mais le service un peu lent et la salle plutôt bruyante... Rapport qualité/prix moyen à mon sens et réservation recommandée (grande salle mais toujours pleine !).
