Toulousans know Julien Roumagnac as a key figure in Toulouse's entertainment scene, and know that he's never at a loss for party ideas. Rosa Negra Victor Hugo doubles up as a "Côté Barcelone" establishment on the boulevards. When it comes to atmosphere, there's no need to ask too many questions: it works! Good food and good humor remain the recipe for happiness! At lunchtime, a hearty menu; in the evening, dishes to share, fine meats, burgers and tapas à la carte. Nice terrace, big tables, table-tennis, nice cellar... Who can beat that?

Assez décevant. Service pas du tout à la hauteur. Serveur Arrogant, trés vite agacé et qui semble, pour sa défense, complètement dépassé par le bordel environnant. Aucune place, on est tous collés les uns aux autres. Lieu extrêmement bruyant, on ne s'entend pas parler. Très cher pour ce que c'est, trés petites quantités.
Ensuite ils poussent les tables et vous pressent de finir pour enlever votre table. Vous vous retrouvez là au beau milieu d'une musique insipide et assourdissante flanqué de votre sac et manteau que vs ne savez pas où mettre. Bref...

Un GRAND MERCI a toute l équipe de la Rosa Negra qui a été super pour l annif ! AMBIANCE TAPAS MUSIQUE et surtout personnel au top qui a été très bienveillant et dispo malgré le monde et l affluence !!!!! ???????? Ines merci pour le gateau au Chocolat !!!!!
