This bistro address is the talk of the bohemian Rue de la Colombette. The conductor of this culinary universe, Laura Pelou was awarded the Gault&Millau Jeune talent prize in 2023. Her love of Aveyron produce is reflected in her tribute to her grandmothers (Gram's).
