When Father Leon opened in 1905, it was a wine bar. Always valiant, the establishment has nevertheless evolved since it now offers a hotel and a beautiful brewery. The decoration of the restaurant room has nevertheless remained faithful to the history of the place, since it displays an incalculable number of bottles of wine! In the kitchen, the chef creates an authentic cuisine that strives to highlight quality products with simplicity. Among the highlights of the menu: veal head with ravigote sauce, homemade Toulouse cassoulet, braised lamb mouse, cod back.... A place easily located in Esquirol. A good address.

Seul petit point négatif, la chambre n'est pas très bien isolée du bruit de la rue, mais c'est un détail.
