Good address preparing a simple cuisine with quality products and meat à la carte.
When Father Leon opened in 1905, it was a wine bar. Always valiant, the establishment has nevertheless evolved since it now offers a hotel and a beautiful brewery. The decoration of the restaurant room has nevertheless remained faithful to the history of the place, since it displays an incalculable number of bottles of wine! In the kitchen, the chef creates an authentic cuisine that strives to highlight quality products with simplicity. Among the highlights of the menu: veal head with ravigote sauce, homemade Toulouse cassoulet, braised lamb mouse, cod back.... A place easily located in Esquirol. A good address.

Les lits étaient durs, la fonction de refroidissement de la climatisation était désactivée et la pièce était chaude, baisser le contrôle n'aidait pas. La solution de la réception était d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Les moustiques sont entrés, pas de moustiquaire. Malheureusement, sur la route à côté de notre chambre, il y avait un groupe de sans-abri bruyant qui discutait entre eux jusqu'au petit matin.
Dès le matin également, les employés de la ville martelaient la rue.
Nous avons entendu un autre couple se plaindre de la même expérience au petit-déjeuner.

The room was ok.
The beds were on the hard side, the cooling function of the AC was disabled and the room was hot turning down the control did not help. The solution from the front desk was to open the window. Mosquitos got in, no screen. Unfortunately the road next to our room had a loud homeless group discussing among them until early morning.
Also first thing in the morning, the city workers were hammering the street.
We heard another couple complained about the same experience during breakfast.
