Déco style scandinave très agréable .
Plats délicieux et présentation originale.
Petits bémols : portions très petites qui ne rassasient pas tout le monde, service très long.
Penser à réserver pour un repas le midi.

Un avertissement : dans ce quartier actif il vaut mieux réserver pour le déjeuner ! Vous serez sinon en concurrence avec les nombreux toulousains au look « hipster » qui s’y précipitent lors de la pause déjeuner et qui pour certains y ont manifestement leurs habitudes. Ce n’est guère surprenant, la formule plat dessert à 19,5 euros permet de satisfaire son appétit (pour peu qu’il ne soit pas trop important) avec un plat du jour plein de fraicheur, parfois d’originalité. La largeur des tables, inhabituelle à notre époque, ajoute au plaisir du repas. Un bémol : 6 euros pour un verre du Fronton blanc local me semblent excessifs.
