Beautiful starred address offering a narrow menu of high quality products and lunch menus.

The establishment run by the starred chef Stéphane Tournié is a reference in Toulouse. It is located in a splendid setting, in the heart of the Grand Hôtel de l'Opéra. The layout is pleasant, the spacious place is lit by a rotunda glass roof, the decoration is refined. The essential is in the gourmet products, from short circuits and organic. The inspirations are superb and, in addition to the menu, three menus are proposed, including the lunch menu, which allows you to enjoy the culinary art of Stéphane Tournier at a contained price. Nous sommes toulousains et nous y avons déjeuné à l'occasion d'un anniversaire. Le menu Opéra a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, dans un beau cadre. Nous avons été surpris agréablement par une petite attention au moment du dessert. Le personnel est très attentionné.

we have 2 hour drive to find this rather famous restaurant, then what to say except for thank you for the team for the welcome, the care and what better to add except for delicious, I advise you to taste the tasting menu truffles, to close your eyes and to travel in the four corners of the western south thanks to flavours...thank you for the latter good moment and good continuation with the chef!
