Somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, Le Pois Gourmand is housed in a beautiful colonial-style residence dating from the 19th century. It is in this unusual setting in Toulouse, with a peaceful terrace overlooking the Garonne, that chef Ugo Plazzotta and his brigade venture to combine French flavours with recipes from further afield, creating plates with a very personal signature. New on the menu is lobster with its Liège lobster and langoustines or lobster sashimi, just marinated and its smoked herring caviar. Have you ever tasted a sea bass Majaa with pineapple or deer picatta with saffron sauce? An explosion of flavours!
