The Saint-Sauvage is always a Toulouse reference! This refined restaurant welcomes you for a romantic dinner or intimate lunch. The decoration of this establishment is unique, warm and welcoming: Light light, soft armchairs, drapes… Sébastien receives you in the dining room while Valerie is doing wonders in the kitchen, revisiting the most classic dishes and products: roast pigeons in Xérès juice and thyme flower, crushed with topinambours; roast veal, pistachio, green lemon and girolles; Saint-Jacques marinated; golden cod and his mascarpone cream… Everything here is a real enchantment: reception, decoration and plate.

Excellente cuisine????????. Un vrai regal et explosion de saveur. Le service impeccable et la personne au service d'une gentillesse trés appreciable. Ma fille m'a conseillé cet établissement et je la remercie de me l'avoir fait découvrir ????????. Je recommande sans hésitation ????

Pour l'anniv de mon fils. Repas excellent avec plein de surprises gustatives. Beaucoup de finesse et de petits détails très harmonieux. Le monsieur au service est génial !
