The Saint-Sauvage is always a Toulouse reference! This refined restaurant welcomes you for a romantic dinner or intimate lunch. The decoration of this establishment is unique, warm and welcoming: Light light, soft armchairs, drapes… Sébastien receives you in the dining room while Valerie is doing wonders in the kitchen, revisiting the most classic dishes and products: roast pigeons in Xérès juice and thyme flower, crushed with topinambours; roast veal, pistachio, green lemon and girolles; Saint-Jacques marinated; golden cod and his mascarpone cream… Everything here is a real enchantment: reception, decoration and plate.

Je suis partie sur 2 assiettes, salé et sucré.
La canette etait une tuerie! La cuisson de la viande etait parfaite et la sauce un vrai delice. Des portions genereuses par rapport à ce qu‘on a l‘habitude de voir dans ce genre de restaurant.
Le dessert au choco et feve tonka etait juste un regale qui vous fait voyager …
Le service etait top et l‘attente pour etre servis etait raisonable ! Sans parler de la presentation des plats à couper le souffle.
Je recommande et Bravo au chef et cuisiniers dernieres ces plats !
J‘y retourne si je suis de retour sur Toulouse ;).
