The Saint-Sauvage is always a Toulouse reference! This refined restaurant welcomes you for a romantic dinner or intimate lunch. The decoration of this establishment is unique, warm and welcoming: Light light, soft armchairs, drapes… Sébastien receives you in the dining room while Valerie is doing wonders in the kitchen, revisiting the most classic dishes and products: roast pigeons in Xérès juice and thyme flower, crushed with topinambours; roast veal, pistachio, green lemon and girolles; Saint-Jacques marinated; golden cod and his mascarpone cream… Everything here is a real enchantment: reception, decoration and plate.

Très bon restaurant.tres bonne cuisine,très raffinée et bien présentée.serveur agréable,présent juste ce qu il faut. Tout était parfait dans l' assiette une très jolie présentation. Le prix est en adéquation avec les produits servis.
