Mo Bachir conquered the Toulouse region with his exceptional talent when, for several years, he built up the reputation of an outstanding restaurant, La Corde. The page has now been turned, and a new, equally splendid one is opening in his establishment, simply named M by Mo. A cosy, intimate setting, twenty or so covers, meticulous service and, above all, the feeling that time stands still as you taste. The chef circulates from table to table, exchanging and explaining. His signature cuisine is divine, spicy and aromatic. At lunchtime, market fare, and in the evening, two 4-course tasting menus with wine pairings. Generosity guaranteed!

Mention spéciale pour le parmentier ainsi que le gaspacho. Les cocktails en apéro étaient bien frais et rafraîchissant. Sans oublié la présence bienveillante du chef qui a eu une attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Merci pour ce beau moment en votre compagnie. A bientôt.
