A jewel in the crown of Toulouse gastronomy, Michel Sarran's restaurant is one of the best options for an exceptional meal. The setting is refined, with small round tables laid in a refined decor. The welcome is impeccable, and the cuisine has nothing left to prove! At lunchtime, a three-course menu allows you to enjoy the Chef's culinary art at a contained price. For dinner, of course, you can choose from the à la carte menu, but you can also opt for the "surprise tasting" menu: four courses, a cheese tasting and two desserts, to share with your guests. Pour notre seconde fois, nous avions choisi le menu surprise; une véritable explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchée! Nous avons pu échanger avec un personnel à l'écoute, passionné, aux petits soins, guettant nos moindres besoins, ainsi qu'avec Le chef Saran toujours aussi attentif.
A découvrir, vous ne le regretterez pas.
