Le Solides' reputation was built around chef Simon Carlier ten years ago. Already! To savor his creative culinary preparations, he invites you to join him in this small but busy establishment, nestled in a venerable building, typical of the Carmes district, and not lacking in charm. Backed by his team, Simon concocts refined, delicate and inventive cuisine. The menu features noble products interpreted with talent: haddock, lobster, sweetbreads, wood pigeon, porcini mushrooms... The menu varies according to inspiration. The setting alone is a work of art! A word of advice: to avoid disappointment, reservations are essential!
