The Solides family is built around chef Simon Carlier. To savor his creative culinary creations, you can visit him at his home, a small, busy establishment nestled in a charming, venerable building typical of the Carmes district, or at Ithaque in Montlaur (approx. 20 km away). Backed by his team, Simon concocts refined, delicate and inventive cuisine. The menu features noble products interpreted with talent: haddock, lobster, sweetbreads, wood pigeon, porcini mushrooms... The menu varies according to inspiration. The setting alone is a work of art! A word of advice: to avoid disappointment, reservations are essential!
