A trio of enthusiasts met in the quiet of the Canal de Brienne to realize their dream: a bistro-restaurant called... Les Passionnés. Their concept: a dining cellar offering over three hundred wines and spirits, including a selection of champagnes unique to Toulouse. The menu features dishes inspired by the seasons, with refined and creative combinations. And, of course, it's with closed eyes that you can choose the wine to accompany your meal. In fact, if you too feel the urge, take advantage of the oenology courses offered on a regular basis. A very smart idea, since the price of the lesson is returned to you in the form of a voucher!
