Cécile has rapidly become a bistronomic reference in the Occitan capital. Ideally located under the canopies of the Carmes market, its bistro-style decor - with its banquettes and gueridon tables - elegantly wraps the dining room, which opens onto the kitchen, where produce from local produce circuits is processed. Their cooking is often enhanced by the Kamado Japanese barbecue! The plates are laid out like so many paintings, and you won't just devour them with your eyes, but with a fork!
