Located on the left bank, close to the airport and easily accessible from the city centre via the tramway, Palladia is the restaurant of the imposing luxury hotel with the same name. It offers a large capacity and a pretty shaded patio, decorated with oleanders. We meet visitors residing at the hotel, business customers as well as Toulouse residents in search of a refined atmosphere and a no less refined plate. We find here a market cuisine, fresh seasonal products processed with subtlety. The wine list offers more than seventy references. The Palladia is also an address to remember for your group meals.

Le petit déjeuner continental est également très bien. Le personnel y est aimable.
par contre l'insonorisation est passable, le sol des deux ascenseurs était très sale (les deux jours où nous étions présents ), ça fait négligé.
Le point le moins appréciable est l'absence de peignoir . sur demande à l'accueil vous pouvez en obtenir un mais il vous sera facturé. ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.
