Dommage que certains clients ne respectent pas les consignes d'interdiction de fumer. C'est désagréable d'être réveillé par l'alarme à cause de ces clients non respectueux.

Etant pourtant habitué de votre chaine et des hotels Ibis, j'ai trouvé les prestations vraiment minimalistes: Absence de stylo dans la chambre, absence d'oreiller ou de couverture complémentaire, chauffage centralisé défaillant - petit chauffage d'appoint fourni , absence de matériel pour se faire un petit café le matin. Bref, on a le lit et c'est tout. Assez décevant.
