This is a very centrally located hotel, off the place capitole. It's OK to lay your head down, and the staff were lovely and friendly. ||The rooms are in real need of modernisation. The bathroom in particular had been poorly done, with old plumbing sticking out of the walls and a bodge job done around the shower tap, with polyfilla roughly filling the gap around the tap and the tiles. The room was lit only by a LED strip around the ceiling, and two very old cheap bedside lights and cheap flimsy clear perspex furniture (bedside table and desk) that I think were from the early 2000s. Not somewhere you'd want to spend any time in. As I was in Toulouse for work, I didn't spend much time in the room, so it was OK.||Breakfast was your standard French choice of croissant and baguette + confiture or nutella, plus some boiled eggs and yoghurt and cereal. Coffee from the machine.

So not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but very cheap. Excellent location for central Toulouse. The foyer is deceptively spacious and new. The room we were in was very tired. Tiny room. Insignificant pillow. Had to ask for towels. No shampoo. No room safe. Internal room overlooking a courtyard. No door for the toilet. And the modesty curtain was very thin.
It was fine as we were out a lot but it was so shabby I wouldn't use again.
Staff were lovely on the reception desk but the lady wouldn't take 'no' for an answer when servicing the room. I had to open the door while naked to try and get her to stop knocking on the door. Even my broken "30 minutes, please" in French wasn't enough to stop her.
Le seul avantage est l’emplacement.
