Staff very helpful and friendly, along with a bit of French, English rugby banter. Great stay.
L'évaluation serait plus élevée sans l'expérience d'enregistrement. Après 5 minutes d'attente, quelqu'un devait les chercher dans la cuisine où ils étaient au téléphone. L'enregistrement a été effectué, la même personne a dû être recherchée à nouveau pour venir au bar. Il était de nouveau au téléphone. Tout au long de l'enregistrement des autres invités et du service au bar, il a continué son appel tout en portant des écouteurs. Ce n'est vraiment pas une bonne publicité pour le service client et ce n'est pas ce que j'ai vécu dans différents hôtels Ibis.

Excellent location set back from Capitole Square ensures a good night's sleep. Good breakfast. Morning reception and breakfast staff welcoming and helpful.
The review would be higher but for the check in experience. After 5 minutes of waiting for anyone to appear had to seek them out in the kitchen where they were on the phone. Check-in accomplished the same person had to be sought out again to come to the bar. He was again on his phone. Throughout checking in other guests and serving at the bar he continued his call while wearing headphones. Really not a good advert for customer service and not what I have experienced in various Ibis hotels.
