The room and the bathroom was quite big and fit for purpose. But what topped it off for us was the welcoming and helpful staff, both during the day and at evening. 24 hr reception was essential for us. Thank you very much to Serene (day staff) and Karim (evening staff), excellent customer service with a smile always! |Location of the hotel was great too, we walked everywhere and it’s en route to the airport. Very close to the metro too.

J'ai passé 2 nuits pour un séjour professionnel. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Les chambres sont correctes et le petit déjeuner et top. Emplacement idéal avec le métro à proximité.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et quelle a été notre surprise que le premier jour, en nous levant, la réception nous a dit qu'ils n'allaient pas faire de room service car le responsable était tombé malade. Il me semble inacceptable qu'un hôtel ne prévienne pas ces situations. Un séjour désastreux.

La habitación muy pequeña y casi sin espacio para movernos. El cuarto de baño no tenía ni secador. La cama hacía mucho ruido y nada cómoda.
Pasamos dos noches en este hotel y cual es nuestra sorpresa que el primer día cuando nos levantamos, en recepción nos dicen que no van a hacer el servicio de habitaciones pk la que se encarga de ello se ha puesto enferma. Me parece inaceptable que un hotel no tenga previsto estas situaciones. Una estancia desastrosa.

Personnel sympathique et serviable, chambre spacieuse avec douche, propre et avec une belle vue. Je n'ai pas profité du petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerais.

Hotel molto buono, posizione fantastica, a pochi minuti dalle mete centrali di Tolosa. a 2 minuti dal bus che proviene dall'aeroporto (costo 9 euro) e a 1 minuto sullo stesso marciapiede, per il bus verso l'aeroporto. L'hotel si trova presso la fermata della metropolitana Jeanne D'Arc e a nemmeno 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è il Mercato e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, non ho mai preso i mezzi pubblici. Staff gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa con doccia, pulita e con bella vista. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei.
