This hotel is ideal for sightseeing in Toulouse city. The location was good and the room condition was very good. Customer service is also very good. I left an item in my hotel room, and they found it and delivered it to my house. Next time I go to Toulouse, I will definitely book this hotel.

Enjoyed the stay and the service.||Perfect location, good service.||To improve: no snacks or whatever at the hotel. It would have been great on Jan 1 to have some options for food. Not easy to find a place open where to eat.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was very pleased by the friendly and good English speaking staff, the quality of the room and breakfast and the overall service. All and all a very nice and friendly hotel in the beautiful center of Toulouse
