Hotel directions were well explained and we were upgraded which was a bonus.||The room was very spacious and comfortable and any requests I made were met quickly and with a smile.||All staff encountered were exceptionally focused and nothing was too much trouble.||Should we find ourselves in Toulouse again this would be our number one choice!||Thanks to all.

The room was very confortable and with lots of amenities. There was bath salts, minibar, shampoo, conditioner and shower bath of a great French brand. Sound isolation in the room is great and the staff is helpful, attentive and very nice. Breakfast has lots of variety. Wi-Fi connection works very well. The lounge has free coffee, water, and an amazing selection of tea. I would definitely come back. The location is very central and handy. You have everything close by

Le personnel était super ! Esp Isauee et Nasine (sp ?). Les chambres sont petites mais très confortables. J'ai marqué 4 étoiles car la moquette devrait être remplacée et les dosettes de café devraient être réapprovisionnées quotidiennement ou les clients devraient être informés afin qu'ils puissent les apporter s'ils le souhaitent.
