Cycle Re is a Toulouse-based association that rebuilds old bicycles destined for the waste disposal industry. Broken or abandoned bicycles are recovered and dismantled piece by piece. Those that are still worth it are pampered (sanding, painting...) before being assembled with others to reconstitute a bike as new. In addition to contributing to the building of the circular economy, by giving a second life to waste, Cycle Re is also committed to employment. The structure offers a qualifying course to people who are far from work, who regain self-confidence and acquire new skills by rebuilding these bicycles. This know-how can then be recycled in the industrial and aeronautical sectors, which are particularly generous in terms of employment in the Toulouse region
