DELPHINE JOSSE
If she studied drawing and applied arts, it was alone, self-taught, and through many readings, that Delphine Josse learned about fashion design. This original Breton woman, who has lived in the Pink City for over twenty-five years, first imagined 7Robes in 2010: clothes tailored to the wishes of her customers, some of whom appeared on the steps of the Cannes Festival in 2012. The adventure lasted for a while, then Delphine Josse decided to assert herself more clearly, and created, in spring 2017 in Toulouse, her eponymous brand of small black dresses, to dress women "in a single piece, simple and elegant". A timeless design that the young woman declines with short or long sleeves, straight or crossed straps, pockets, pleats, belts... In addition to black, quality is her other trademark. The designer rigorously selects her fabrics, including a stretch crepe with a soft and almost wrinkle-free feel that she finds in the Lyon region. She has also surrounded herself with an army of highly skilled seamstresses, who give shape to her dreams and sketches in the brand's workshops based in Occitania.
